Chris Fava

Fava has nearly 20 years of high-level management experience that include detailed financial, marketing, sales and service experience within the hospitality field. Prior to his position with the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, he held various leadership positions in the gaming industry, including serving as vice president of food and beverage operations for Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, MGM Grand Detroit and New York-New York Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas. Fava was also responsible for the launch of food and beverage operations at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
